At Website Techies, we proudly offer revisions based on the service package you select. Clients benefit from unlimited free revisions, provided that the core layout and theme of the website remain unchanged. Each revision cycle has a standard turnaround time of 48 to 72 business hours, ensuring timely updates without compromising on quality.

Turn Around Time

Website Techies maintains a standard 48–72 hour turnaround time for most web development tasks, which applies to a single iteration or phase of the development process. Please note, this is not the full project completion time, but the duration for delivering one round of development or revision.

We emphasize a healthy work-life balance, and as such, weekends are not counted as working days in our delivery timelines. For instance:

  • A 2-week timeline refers to 14 business days (excluding weekends).
  • A 4-week project means 28 business days, not calendar days.

Examples:

  • A revision requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • A revision submitted on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday end of day.

Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee

At Website Techies, we are committed to delivering high-quality work. However, in certain cases, refund requests may be considered based on the following conditions:

General Terms

  • Once the initial website design or layout is approved or a change is requested, no refunds will be issued unless the project is canceled by Website Techies due to non-performance on our part.
  • All refund requests must be submitted directly to our Support Department for consideration.
  • Refund Eligibility Structure

  • 100% Refund (less 10% processing fee): If requested before delivery of initial layout.
  • 66% Refund (less 10% processing fee): If requested within 48 hours of initial layout delivery.
  • 33% Refund (less 10% processing fee): If requested between 48–120 hours after initial layout delivery.
  • No Refund: After 120 hours of layout delivery or if the final files have been delivered.
  • No Refund: If no client action is taken for 30 days post-order; a reactivation fee will apply to resume the project.

Additional Conditions

  • If a refund request is based on a change of mind or personal reasons, it will not be honored. However, in such cases, the paid amount can be stored as credit for future services.
  • No refunds will be issued for website development projects that have already been completed or deployed live.
  • Clients must be acting in good faith. If it's found that a client has submitted the same project to multiple agencies with the intent to seek multiple refunds, the refund request will be declined.
  • For video animation packages, once the storyboard is designed, the refund request is void.
  • Custom packages will follow the same refund structure as individual services. For instance, if you've approved the website design but haven't moved forward with the animation, a refund for the animation may be possible before storyboard creation.

Unique Website Guarantee

All websites developed by Website Techies are guaranteed to be 100% original. In the rare event that a developed design bears significant resemblance to an existing website, we offer a free re-design. However, any such similarity will be purely coincidental, and Website Techies will not accept liability or compensation claims. It is solely the client’s responsibility to pursue copyright registration for their website if required.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Website Techies reserves the right to decline any project or terminate a contract at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In the event of a refund, all associated rights to the domain and website will remain the exclusive property of Website Techies. Clients will forfeit any usage rights to the domain, website, design files, and associated assets post-refund. Ownership of all project deliverables reverts to Website Techies upon cancellation and reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that services not directly related to website development are not eligible for refunds and are excluded from our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If such services are included in a bundled package, they cannot be used to claim a full refund for the package. These non-refundable services include but are not limited to:

How to Claim Your Refund

We will first attempt to resolve your issue under our revision policy. If unresolved, our Refund Department will review and issue formal refund approval via email.

Important: Once a refund is issued, Website Techies retains full ownership of all project materials. You may not reuse, replicate, or claim ownership of any part of the refunded design or digital asset. This includes, but is not limited to, layouts, logos, written content, code, and multimedia.

We work in close coordination with government copyright agencies and will register copyright acquisition for any refunded designs to prohibit future reuse or duplication.

My Account Responsibility

The "My Account" portal is the primary and official communication hub for all ongoing projects. Clients are responsible for regularly monitoring this area for updates, revisions, requests, or clarifications. Failure to stay updated through the account portal will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. If you require assistance using your account, our customer support team is available to help.

Communication Policy

All official communications must be conducted through "info@websitetechies.com " or other verified channels listed on our website. Website Techies is not liable for any errors, delays, or misunderstandings arising from unauthorized communication methods or unofficial contacts.

Delivery Policy

All completed orders will be delivered to the designated account specified in the Order Confirmation, along with a confirmation email.

  • Websites will only go live once all outstanding dues have been cleared. No website will be published live unless the full payment has been received.

Website Ownership & Rights

Upon written confirmation of finalization from the client, Website Techies will transfer all credentials and 100% ownership rights of the final website to the client.

  • The client will own the finalized website in full.
  • However, materials used during revision phases (e.g., drafts, temporary assets) remain the intellectual property of Website Techies unless otherwise agreed.

Content Creation & Population

Website Techies does not automatically provide content (text or images) unless specified in the service agreement.

If content creation is purchased:

  • Custom Content Writing: Unique, brand-specific content will be created for your website.
  • Image Sourcing: High-quality stock images will be provided and purchased upon your approval.
  • Product Populating: Product listings and details must be supplied by the client.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

Website Techies adheres to strict confidentiality protocols:.

  • All project-related and personal client information is kept strictly confidential.
  • After successful project completion, both parties agree to maintain professionalism and not defame, disparage, or harm the reputation of the other party in any form—verbally, digitally, or in print.

Record Maintenance

Website Techies maintains comprehensive records of all finalized deliverables and project communications for internal reference and quality assurance.

Technical Support Policy

Website Techies offers website development, deployment, and consultation services. While technical elements may be included in your package, full technical support and training are not guaranteed unless otherwise purchased.

  • On our Hosting: Hosting is complimentary, provided via a third-party service.
  • On Client’s Hosting: If hosted by a third-party provider chosen by the client, Website Techies is not liable for server or hosting-related issues.

Note: There is no SLA (Service Level Agreement) unless separately purchased as an ongoing maintenance or technical support plan.

CMS (Content Management System)

  • A user manual will be provided to help clients manage their website via CMS.
  • Training on CMS usage is not included, unless specifically added to the service scope.

    Emails Setup

  • We provide required settings for configuring email.
  • Website Techies is not responsible for email setup, troubleshooting, or usage issues on your device.
  • Clients are responsible for configuring email on their end.

Email & Mobile Phone Policy
